The Precima FDB 10 is a compact and robust spring-applied brake delivering 10 Nm of holding torque at 205 VDC, fitted with a

precision Ø15 H7 hub. Its IP54/55-rated, sealed housing provides full protection against dust and high-pressure washdowns

—ideal for compact automation units, robotic wrists, small conveyor drives, and harsh outdoor environments.

This fixed-gap variant comes with a factory-set air gap for easy, adjustment-free installation. As a fail-safe brake, it remains

locked when unpowered and releases only upon energization—delivering dependable emergency-stop and safe-holding

performance.

When not energized, the brake holds securely; upon energization, it releases cleanly—supporting controlled motion in

pick-and-place units, small actuator modules, and positioning systems. This version includes a 5 m cable for flexible mounting

and ease of electrical connection.

Optional features include manual release, flange adapters, wear sensors, temperature monitoring, low-noise or corrosion-resistant

options—giving you flexibility to tailor the brake to your specific application needs.
